I know it's always crazy around the holidays but when it rains it pours!!! And, that is exactly what happened in our 2 Story home. A relaxing bath turned into a downstairs flood gate. I ran downstairs to see the water was pouring from the pipes. I contacted Restoration 1 and they were at my house within the hour to make sure there wasn't any long term water damage. They understood my worry, since I have had black mold poisoning in the past and they made sure to properly take care of not only the immediate water damage but also cleaned up the area, thoroughly. Both, Jason and Elizabeth were professional and respectful. I hope I won't need them again, however if I do need them I won't hesitate to make the call. Thank You!

I cannot speak highly of this company! I found out that i have black mold, well i saw what i thought was black mold and had no idea what to do or who to call so i got one of those homekit sets that they sell at home depot, but it was going to be $60 on top of buying the kit, so i sat on that, and had the wife call our realtor (since it was less than 30 days after we closed) so she told us to call a mold detector company, and i googled it (because isn't that what we do now?) and i guess i called one of those referral companies, but Jason's wife was the one that called us back, and im very greatful she did!
She told me that Jason would be able to come out the next day and if there was no mold, there was no charge, so i was very happy

and very relieved. Well Jason came out, when he said he was going to, looked at it and went yup, it's mold. Now, right there, youre saying "of course he did, he wants to get paid" except that's not what happened, not only did he offer to spray it down for free, he said that if when the handyman pulls out the drywall, if there is mold on the studs, he'll come back and spray for free. He is a mensch! And if god forbid i do have an issue, and it really is spreading, he'll be the one person i trust w/my health. Not even my Dr. is this truthful.
